July Construction Update
Waterside RV Resort is nearing the finish line!
Our 2024 Grand Opening is just around the corner and huge updates are coming your way later on this month! Here is what we have so far:
– Electric pedestals have been installed & electrical system under construction
– Resort-wide Wi-Fi installation began this week
– The pool’s beautiful paver deck is completed
– Next up are pool deck railings & finishing of the pool shell
– Flooring has been installed in clubhouse, office, and shower building
– Painting is completed
– Electric & water are in the clubhouse & office
– Cafe is ready for appliances
– Fitness equipment has been ordered – awaiting delivery
– Bocce ball court has been completed
– Coverings have been installed on the shuffleboard courts
– Shuffleboard court benches coming soon!
– Pickleball courts are completed
– Showers have been tiled and toilets installed
– and roads are nearing completion!
